Come along and visit the art gallery, The WhitworthShop, café, the Park and grounds.

Art Gallery

Our usual opening times are Tuesday to Sunday, 10am-5pm and on Thursdays until 9pm.

We are closed on Mondays, including all Bank Holiday Mondays.

Free entry, and open to all.

The Whitworth Shop

The Whitworth Shop is open during the gallery opening times.

The Whitworth Café

Located in the elegant glass and stainless-steel extension the café overlooks Whitworth Park and the gallery’s art garden. 

*Tuesday to Sunday, 10am-5pm and on Thursdays 10am-8pm

*Please note: Due to weddings and celebration events taking place at the gallery, the cafe will close early at 2pm, with last orders at 1.30pm on these dates:

On Tuesday 17 June, due to an event taking place at the gallery, the cafe wil lclose at 4pm, with last orders at 3pm.
