Art School

Playful, practical and artist-led workshops designed especially for college students

Art School is an imaginative, active, hands-on learning experience for colleges, and has three themes that you can choose from:

Make: Learn how artists, architects and makers build, shape and create in sessions where children can make models, communicate ideas and learn new practical art skills. Choose from printmaking, textiles and construction.

Draw: Artists express what they see, think and feel through drawing. This playful, hands-on workshop encourages your students to do likewise. Whether in pencil, pen or pixel, students will use both familiar and unfamiliar materials to look at, respond to and record what they observe and encounter. They’ll explore drawing as thinking in sketchbooks or journals and discover new drawing styles and techniques.

Digital: From pencil to pixel develop ICT skills and explore the gallery throuh deigital technologies. Choose from digital collage, photography and animation.
