Create and Debate, has been organised in response to feedback that asked for events after work and more expert information from professionals in the field. We listened and have put together activities where we will get creative by making Paddle fans to help keep those hot flushes at bay, followed by an interactive, informative debate with the experts. Find out more, and read about our expert panel.

Menopause Morning Retreat: Awaken to Spring

A relaxed mini morning retreat in the beautiful surroundings of the Whitworth art gallery spaces, in partnership with Whitworth's age-friendly Creative Menopause project.

Yoga, breathwork and mindfulness can help you manage symptoms of perimenopause and menopause through a combination of yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, which foster body positivity and are accessible to everybody, whatever your size, shape or ability. You can expect to feel stronger, calmer and more self-confident, with more tools and resources to help you through this natural transition.
