Reflections: Sangat and the Self

Across manji gatherings and exhibition tours, the events programme for Reflections: Sangat and the Self invites you to explore personal and collective wellbeing through art and shared experiences.

Exhibition Walkthrough

Explore how both artists critically dialogue with and complement each other's work within without SHAPE without FORM's philosophy, while reflecting on your own approach to understanding self through community and daily practice.

Manji Gatherings

The Manji Gatherings are a series of facilitated conversations co-produced by the Whitworth and without SHAPE without FORM. Taking place around Roo Dhissou’s Manji (A String of Love, 2025), they invite people of different ages, backgrounds and lived experiences to come together. Inspired by the traditional woven daybed, the Manji offers a space for fellowship, shared progress and collective care.
