Current Exhibitions
There's much to explore in our current exhibition programme.
The spring begins with the first major retrospective exhibition of Caribbean British artist and poet John Lyons. Alongside a solo exhibition by Ayo Akingbade, Show Me The World Mister comprises of two new film commissions. Shirley Craven, offers an exhibition of vivid, colour-filled textiles by this post-war designer. Everyday Art School, let us discover a space full of ideas to bring art into your everyday life and rethink how we use it. This is not an exhibition, it’s a work in progress. And we continue to explore Exchanges, with a display of vibrant display of new art and textiles from the Whitworth’s collection.
