TAKE / HOLD

Weekend exhibition and film screening exploring positive body image, self worth and the celebration of women’s bodies.

TAKE / HOLD is an event curated by Forecast Events and Balanced Flow Yoga exploring the themes of positive body image, self worth and the celebration of women’s bodies.

The event kicks off the week of Women’s International Day and brings together two visual mediums; a film screening and an exhibition, to create a powerful insight into this important issue which has never been more relevant in society.

All proceeds from the event will go towards supporting The Body Image Movement, along with the Teen Yoga Foundation and local charity Girls Out Loud.
